Watfords of Wombwell completed the £900,000 scheme in January 2007 for Yorkshire Housing Association, which involved working around the existing inhabited sheltered accommodation.

Architects Brewster Bye designed the project, which included, constructing a new entrance area, which included a lift to all floors, also extensions and alterations to the communal facilities. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades were also included within the project.
